As you drive throughout the North Shore this Thanksgiving
weekend you will see many giris playing soccer — ninety teams
to be exact! Teams will be participating in our sixth annual soc-
cer tournament from the Lower Mainland and from as far away
as Oregon, Washington State, the interior of B.C. and Vancouver
Island. it’s a total of 1450 giris ranging in age from 9 to 18 years.
