MacGyver TV episode last week
with freckled-face star, Richard
Dean Anderson.

While Terry did an excellent job
and looked like he was having the
time of his life, especially with his
attractive wife, Peggy, little four-
year-old daughter Kate, and
seven-year-old son Fynn, he was,
in fact, in terrible pain! He’s suf-
fering from bad discs in his spine.
I's been aggravated by all the
travelling and the strange hotel
beds. He’s even been having
acupuncture treatments to see if
they can help. Though he didn’t
look {ike it, he was wearing a full
back brace, and felt better for that
Monday morning...

In fact, everyone felt great
Monday morning, especially the
Family Services folk who feel

Very astonished West Van cel-
ebrity being feted recently was
Pamela Martin. Last week BCTY’s
weekend anchor person showed
up at the North Van home of
CBC-TV's Cecelia Walters and her
TV cameraman-husband, Rick
Warren, for what Pamela thought
was going to be a nice quiet din-
ner. Instead she walked into a
roomful of partying people, all
hepped up to celebrate Pamela’s
very important birthday.

There were about 30 guests, in-
cluding former BCTV News Direc-
tor, Cameron Bell, who hardly
goes anywhere!...
