WESTERN Realty’s Maureen Bragg...new West Vancouver president. Maureen Bragg of Western Re- alty Investment Group Ltd. was named president of the 375- member West Vancouver division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Bragg was first licensed to sell real estate in Alberta in 1969, and arrived in British Columbia in the mid-70s, where she continued her sales career with major West Van- couver companies. She was first elected a director of the division in 1984 and has.-served in several positions until assuming the top spot this year. Bragg succeeds J. Bernard Charpentier, Mitten Realty Ltd., who remains a past president of. the division. Other well-known West Van- couver realtors elected to serve the division include vice-president Carolyn P. Stenson and directors Paul Brewne, Royal LePage Real Estate Services Lid.; Raiph Ken- nedy, Montreal Trust Co. of Canada; Sandra D. Shirley S. Robb, a real estate salesman with Crest Realty’s North Vancouver office, was named president of the 600-member North Vancouver division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Van- covver. Robb was first licensed in real estate in 1975 with the West Van- couver office of Crest Realty, and moved to the North Vancouver of- fice in 1982. She has been a direc- tor of the North Vancouver divi- sion since 1984, serving as its sec- retary treasurer, and later its vice-president, until her election to the top spot this year. She succeeds Satnam T. Sidhu, from Homelife Bay City Realty, who was elected to a two-year term as a board director at large, repre- senting the full-service area of the Real Estate Board. Sharon Inkster and Craig Shervey, who won the American Aerobic Competitionship in Puerto Rico in September, are travelling to West Vancouver to lead two workouts — at 3 a.m. and 7 p.m. — to celebrate the unveiling of the new acrobic mirrors and exercise cycles at the recreation centre. Shervey, 26, and Inkster, 20, have a total of I! years of aerobic experience behind them and are known for their audience-pleasing manner and their safe, creative, effective acrobic exercises. Their routines are dynamic, athletic and playful, and they are known to be extremely easy to follow.
