To microwave: form into tradi- tional pudding shape and lightly grease a four-cup (1 L) micro- wave-safe measuring cup. Fill with pudding batter to 2% cup (650 mL). Cover tightly with a sheet of pleated plastic wrap and micro- wave on high setting for eight to 10 Minutes. Let cool while. still covered for 10 minutes. Run a blunt knife around edge of measure. Invert onto serving plate. When done pudding surface will look dry but sides have not yet pulled away from pan. For individual puddings: Lightly grease microwave-safe muffin pans or custard cups. Fill each cup with 2 or 3 tablespoons (25 to 45 mL) of batter. Cover tightly with pleated plastic wrap. Microwave on high setiing three to five minutes. Let cool while still covered for 10 minutes. To store: sprinkle cooled pud- dings with two to three table- spoons (25 to 40 mL) brandy. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Store in refrigerator up to one month. To serve, leaving pudding wrap- ped in plastic wrap, microwave on high setting for two to four minutes. Unwrap and place on serving plate. Serve with your Fine Imported and Canadian Designed Lingerie, Loungewear and flosiery favorite hard sauce or Golden Sauce spooned over top. For a special effect warm 4 cup (50 mL) brandy in microwave oven on high setting for 30 seconds. Pour over pudding and light. Golden Sauce Y2 cup (125 mL) softened butter 1 cup (250 mL) sugar Y% cup (50 mL) whipping cream Legg 1 tsp (5 mL) brandy Cream together butter and sugar with electric mixer. Gradually add cream, then the egg, beating until well blended. Stir in brandy. Mi- crowave on high setting for three to five minutes. Watch sauce does not boil over.
