Blueridge reat NITY spirit ts alive and well cast of Seymour. Resident Barbara Rennie wrote to the News recentiv, applaud- ing the considerate actions of her neighbor, Karhy Reemever. Tr seems Rennie’s 3-vear- old son jimmy had been miss- ing his trievele since the fall, when it mysteriously vanished from its usual spot in the car- port. Although the adults in his life considered the trike never to be scen again, Jimmy held firmly to the view that “some- one just borrowed it, and we'll find it one day.” On the way home trom an adventure to Cates Park recent- ly, Jimmy and family stopped to admire the toys in a neighbor's yard, and lo and behold, there was Jimmy's trike! Tt seems that the neighbor, Kathy Reemeyer, found the three-wheeler on a walk fast fall — up high in a tree in Blueridge Park. She rescued the bike and brought it home to her play-yard, hoping thar the person to whom it belonged, might pass by and recognize it. “Kathy, vou are our hero!” wrote Rennie. “We are very fortunate to live where we do and be sur- rounded with terrific, caring, considerate neighbors, like Kathy Reemeyer, whose thoughtful effort helped pre- - serve a child’s faith in his com- munity.” FAAC 746/860 Your Butler for Gates North Shore On Thursday Jan. 15, the st.
