By Anna Marie D’Angelo News Reporter Lynn Duggan, 34, disappeared sometime between June 16, 1993, and June 17, 1993. Police suspect- ed foul play after discovering her bloud-splattered apartment, Duggan lived in suite 705 at 1415 St. Georges Ave., behind the North Vancouver RCMP detach- ment and across the street from Lions Gate Hospital’s emergency department. A littie more than a year after Dugygan’s disappearance, a resident walking a dog near 58th Avenue and Angus Drive in the Kerrisdale- Marpole area discovered Duggun’s skull on a grass boulevard. The woman's Jower jaw was lying a few feet away from the skull on the nearby road neat to a curd. The skull was found on lush grass under a tree in the ritzy sin- gle-family neighborhood. Vancouver City Police tenta- lively identified the remains as those of Duggan.
