Robbins was with his son Jef- ferson when he purchased one Gold Rush Instant ticket and three Blackjack ickets from Fabric Care dry cleaners in North Van- couver, “My son always scratches my tickets for me," said Robbins. On the $1 Gold Rush Instant ticket, Robbins’ son won a $5 prize. But when he scratched the $1 Blackjack tickets his father had bought, Jefferson uncovered the $21,000 top prize. “When he scratched that onc it took him a minute, but finally he broke into a big grin and said: ‘Holy cow Dad, you won.
