Live outdoor performances take place in parks and other public places from Deep Cove to Dundarave through July and August. West Vancouver's parks and recreation department is again sponsonng Concerts by the Sea, free concerts at Ambleside Landing, John Lawson Park and the West Vancouver Seniors” Centre. This Sunday, July 19, Paul Schmidt will play the seniors’ centre at 1:30 p.m., while Nigel Mack and the Blues Attack will take the stage, 7 p.m. at Ambleside Landing. Concerts contin- ue weekends through the end of August. Lonsdale Quay ts also continuing its tradi- tion of live entertainment outdoors. New this vear is the Summer at the Station concert series, co-sponsored by the North Van Museum and Archives, North Shore Arts Commission and North Vancouver Recreation Commission, Live music performances are every Sunday trom 2 to 4 p.m. through July and August at the Pacific Great Eastern Stanion at the foot of Lonsdale, with visual art displays from noon to 2 pan.
