on Sept. 17:

Long Phi Dinh, 33, of
Vancouver, was jailed seven
months after he pleaded
guilty to two charges of traf
ficking cocaine in Vancouver
on April 8 and on April 23.

A Vietnamese interpreter
was required for court.

Before Judge Doug
Moss in North Vancouver
provincial court on Sept.

Harold Clair Flindall, 29,
of Vancouver, received 12
months’ probation after he
pleaded guilty to stealing a
picture belonging to a North
Vancouver City strata corpo-
ration on Jan. 12 in North
Vancouver City.

Flindall was required to
perform 60 hours of commu-
nity work service.

Grandison in North
Vancouver provincial court
on Sept. 1

Murray Shaun Blanchard,
41, of North Vancouver, was
fined $400 after he pleaded
not guilty to refusing a
breathalyser demand, but
instead pleaded guilty to the
lesser or included offence of
obstructing police.

1996 incident in North
Vancouver District.

Jerry Martin Notenbomer,
30, of North Vancouver, was
jailed a cotal of 30 days, fined
$300 and had his driver’s
licence suspended for 12
months after a guilty plea to:

Pier 101 in West
Vancouver on Nov. 3, 1995
in West Vancouver;

IB failing to go to court on
July 7 in North Vancouver
City.

Rodgers in North
Vancouver provincial court
on Sept. 8:

Mark Alan Adair, 21, of
no fixed address, received 12
months’ probation and was
required to perform 100
hours of community work

service after he pleaded guilty.

to breaching probation by
failing to report to a proba-
tion officer on Feb. 14, 1996.

Three days before, on
Sept. 5, according to the
court registry, Adair pleaded
guilty to breaching probation
by failing to complete 100
hours of community work
service by Feb. 15.

Before Judge J.K. Shaw
in North Vancouver provin-
cial court on Sept. 5:

James
Burnaby, received nine
months’ probation after he
pleaded guilty to assaulting a
person on Oct. 24, 1996 in
North Vancouver City.

Richard David Fallis, 51,

Smith, 21, of:

not guilty to impaired dri-
ving, but instead pleaded
