Layton in North Vancouver provincial court on April 11: Randall Michael Hunter received @ suspended sentence and was placed on probation for one year after the 20-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to Possessing a stolen Norco moun- tain bike in connection with an Oct. 11, 1988 incident. _ He was also ordered to pay $500 in restitution to the victim. #n2t Daniel Cueto was fined $250 after the 37-year-old Vancouver man pleaded guilty to failing to stop at the scene of an accident in connection with a March } incident in which an unattended vehicle was hit along East Third Street. Before Judge J.D. Layton in North Vaccouver provincial court on April 10: Darrell Jerfrey Mattson was placed on probation for six months after the 18-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to theft under $1,000 in connection with a March 8 theft of cigarettes from London Dnigs. He was also ordered to perform 15 hours of community work ser- vice within 60 days. “teh Struan Grant Richardson was fined $500 after the 19-year-old West Vancouver man pleaded guil- ty to breaching the terms of his probation by failing to complete 75 hours of community work service. Before Judge J.D. Layton in North Vancouver provincial court on April 7: Navreen Kurji was fined $300 and had her driver's licence suspended for six months after the 18-year-old North Vancouver woman pleaded guilty to driving while she was prohibited to do so. ett Steve Bert Yesowich was fined $225 after he pleaded guilty to nine unlawfully parked vehicle bylaw infractions that resulted from inci- dents ranging between January and May, 1988 in a lane near Marine Drive in North Vancouver. wat Pobert Scott MacKenzie was placed on probation for one year and ordered to perform 35 hours of community work service within three months after the 25-year-old North Vancouver man pieaded guilty to possessing marijuana in connection with a Dec. 15, 1988 incident. fee Leonard Bruce Preeper received a@ suspended sentence and was placed on probation for one year after the 26-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to assaulting a female and a male in connection with April 4 incidents. Before Judge A.J. Scow in North Vancouver provincial court on April 6: farcel Antoine Bouchard was fined $600 and had his driver’s licence suspended for six months after the 25-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to dan- gerous driving in connection with a Jan. 27 incident on Keith Road in North Vancouver. . Nolan David Sackney was fined $150 after the 18-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to assaulting another person in con- nection with a Jan. 5 incident. Before Judge A.J. Scow in Nortt Vancouver provincial court on April 5: Jacobus Johanne Van Veen was fined $150 after the 47-year-old North Vancouver man was found guilty of theft under $1,000 in connection with a Dec. 18, 1988 incident in which merchandise was stolen from Buy Low Foods. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court on April 6: Shawn Leonard Sheers was fined $156 after the 20-year-old Port Coquitlam man pleaded guilty to possessing marijuana in connection with a May 17, 1988 drug seizure. whet Keuneth Earl Wood was fined $100 after the 59-year-old West Vancouver man pleaded guilty to failing to remain at the scene of an accident after the car he was driv- ing hit an unattended vehicle in the 2100 block of Bellevue Avenue in West Vancouver. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court on April 5: Mahwash Farzaneh received a conditional discharge and was placed on probation for nine mon- ths after the 37-year-old North Vancouver woman pleaded guilty to theft under $1,000 in connection wiht a Jan. 7 theft of groceries from Super Valu. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court on April 3: Jerry Stewart Reid was fined $75 after the 44-year-old Keats Island man pleaded guilty to failing to appear for a scheduled Nov. 7, 1988 court date. Before Judge R.D. Grandison in West Vancouver provincial court on March 30: Norman Maxwell Sinclair received a conditional discharge and was placed on probation for six months after the 28-year-old New Westminster man pleaded guilty to a charge of mischief laid against him in connection with an Aug. 13, 1988 incident in which a vehicle was damaged in West Van- couver, Sinclair was also ordered to per- form 25 hours of community work service within three months and ordered to pay $258.98 in restitu- tion to the victim. Before Judge J.B.
