Versatile parent seeks new image VERSATILE CORP., the Vancouver corporate parent of North Vanconver’s Versatile Pacific Shipyards Inc., will seck approval of a rew image and name at a special sharcholders meeting scheduled for next month. Alt the April 21 meeting the company will ask sharcholders to approve a deal in which the Toronto-based Hees International Corp. will defer for five years repayment of $93 million in sceured Versatile debt thet it assumed last year and inject $125 million into Versatile through share purchases.
