courts siniply attests to the

wimp potiticans and court
officials who listened to
nerds in the first place.

permitted to think that you
are a member of a God
chosen people, if this belief
causes discrimination
amongst the nerds.

{c) You as a Spiritualist may
not be allowed to state rein-
carnation as a fact nor
publish the fascinating

ramblings of Scth (or Sloth,
whoever he is) as recorded
by various mediums, if the
nerds are not psychic.

{d) As a backsliding
Anglican, the precepts of my
church could be questioned,
Since it was founded by an
avaricious and horny king
who grabbed “4 of the

questioned if you state that

dians, please write your
Member of Parliament to
have the Zundel matter
redressed. Don't forget that
politicans appoint judges. In
this case, Collins was testify-
ing for everyone’s benefit
when he advocated a free
press.

As for the B.C. Press
Council, with its Star
Chamber stance and in cam-
era enquiry into Callin’s
writings, we can only shake
our heads in bewilderment.
What country are we living
in? Under our old, responsi-
ble definition of freedom of
speech and press, Collins
could be. sued if he were
libelous. That’s all the rights
