The smart traveller keeps
a basic travel list with every
item that musi .accompany
him on extended trips. As he
packs, each item is checked
off the hist - I pin mine to the
bedroom curtains, directly
above my luggage.

This list is my personal
one but I have added some
items that a male traveller
would include. Where I use
my purse for documents and
other necessities that must
stay with me at all times a
man 1s wise to carry a
shoulder satchel.

The Splendours of
Greece, an education tour
offered by Douglas College,
will not only take you to see
Greece, but also offers the
participant an opportunity to
study the art, architecture
and civilization of the an-
cient Greeks with an art
history expert.

“We will visit Greek
museums and historic sites
as well as explore the arts on
the islands of Thira, Crete
and Rhodes.” says tour
leader Karen Storey.

instructor at Douglas
College and ts repeating the
highly successful 1981 tour
which she led.

“We'll have four weeks in

the Mediterranean to
discover the treasures of
ancient and modern day

Greece,” Storey said
