Carolyn Traub, aged 23, of 971 West Queens Road in North Van, appeared recently in North Vancouver Provincial Court and was given a suspended sentence. Crown counsel Mary Paruk said Traub was charged after the president of McCook's Sports received an unsigned letter in March saying Traub had _ stolen various goods. The president took the letter to the police and on March 24 Traub’s residence was searched and vanous goods were discovered which she admitted had been stolen. Paruk said Traub stole a $85 jogging suit by wearnng 11 out of the store under other clothes.
