PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the electors of the District of West Vancouver and of School District
No. 45'(West Vancouver) that nominations are called for the offices of:

MAYOR
COUNCILLOR
SCHOOL TRUSTEE

Nominations of qualified candidates will be officially veceived at the office of the Chief Election Officer, District
of West Vancouver Municipal Hall, 750-17th Street commencing at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, 1999 October 5 and
during regular business hours thereafter (Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
up until 4:00p.m. Friday, 1999 October 15.

Candidate information packages, containing the appropriate nomination forms and procedures, are available for
# pickup from the Clerk’s Department.
