Creamy Potato Bisque 4c. butter or margarine 1 c. chopped onion 1c. chopped celery — including some tops 3 to 4 poratoes cut into 1/2 inch cubes — about 4 cups in all (J use frozen, chunky style hash browns and they are great.) Kc. parsley flakes ‘Ye tsp. salt % tsp. pepper 1 qt. chicken broth 1 qt. milk 3 Tbsp. cornstarch Kc. water butter.or margarine chopped parsley Use large kettle — at least.6 quarts.
