repsonded to an alarm at Ban-

ners Restaurant, 6330 Bay -St.

in Horseshoe Bay at 3:05 a.m.;
Tuesday, Feb. 16.

While driving to the location

police observed a vehicle leav-
ing the area at high speed.

The veiticle was subsequently
stopped and four occupants
were arrested,
