fairly minor one, likely used
as 8 landfill area during the
waning days of Larsen’s
hotel. In the 1940s, a small
building was constructed on
top of the site that served, at
various times, as an office
for Burrard Yarrows and as a
municipal office.

The dump area, Baker
adds, appears to have been
dug through. -
