RESIDENTIAL (Single Family) Story and Photos by Ellsworth Dickson Ernie and Maxine Peters own this three bedroom ran- cher at 855 Greenwood which is in the upper middle part of the British Properties of West Vancouver. An extremely long house, there is great separation of activities. Starting at the eastern end of the post and beam home, there is the liv- ing room which has a fireplace and wrap-around glass for the beautiful view to the south of the city and harbour. Off the living room is a large brick patio, and be- ing on the southern side, has the sunshine. The house sits on almost half an acre of gently sloping grassy land which has a 137 foot frontage and a little creek running down one side. Off the living room is the formal eating = area, which leads to the galley- style kitchen on the other side. The informal eating area is beside the kitchen, which, in turn leads to the family room with its own brick fireplace.
