ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENTS

NOTICE is hereby given by the City of North Vancouver that

in accordance with the provisions of Section 890(4) of the

Municipal Act, the Public Hearing concerning the following

rezoning application has been waived, and it is the intention
__ of the Council of the City of North Vancouver to consider Bylaws

No. 7129, 7130 and 7134 at the Special Council meeting to

be held on TUESDAY, MAY 4, 1999.
