North Vancouver, was fined $200
after he pleaded guilty to stealing
food from Save-On-Foods in
North Vancouver District on June
6,

Jane Liu, 46, of North Van-
couver, received 24 months’ pro-
bation after she pleaded guilty to
stealing sunglasses from Zellers in
North Vancouver District on May
12.

Liu is not to by found in the
Zellers store in Lynn Valley mall
during her probation term.

Terri Kathleen Moore, 25, of
North Vancouver, was fined $150
after she pleaded guilty to the hit
and run of an unattended vehicle
in the 200 block of East 26th
Street in North Vancouver on
March 14,

Before Judge John Layton in
North Vancouver provincial court

Bruce Clayton Bingham, 31, of
Nanaimo, was fined $150 after he
pleaded guilty to marijuana
possession on Jan. 24, 1992 in
North Vancouver City.

Mark Forest McLeod,. 29, of
North Vancouver, was fined $300
after he was found guilty of co-
caine possession on Oct. 16, 1992
in North Vancouver District.
“McLeod was required, to pay a

$30 victim surcharge in connection .

Lonsdale Avenue on Oct. 25,
1992,

Vancouver was fined $100 after
she pleaded guilty to possessing a
stolen American Express credit
card belonging to a female in
Noth Vancouver City on Jan, 12,
Before Judge Jerome Paradis in
North Vancouver provincial court
on June 25:

Gholam Reza Dashti, 30, of
North Vancouver, was fined $300
and received nine months’ proba-
tion after he pleaded guilty to
stealing merchandise from London
Drugs on Feb. 9 in North Van-
couver City.

Dashii was required to pay
$3.58 restitution within seven days
of sentencing.

He is not to be found in any
B.C. London Drugs outlet during
his probation term.

Lawrence Adam Poustie, 29, of

‘North Vancouver, was fined a

total of $450 after he pleaded
guilty to driving without insurance

and failing to stop for a police .

officer on Sept 13, 1992 in North
Vancouver City.

Poustie is prohibited from
driving for 12 months in connec-
tion with the charges.

In addition, Poustie was fined a

total of $275 after he pleaded
guilty to. speeding and failing to
stop at a red light in North Van-
couver City.
Before Judge Reginald Grandison
in West Vancouver provincial
court on June 2:

Robin Charles Abbott, 19, of

“North Vancouver was fined $150

after he pleaded not guilty to
marijuana trafficking, but instead,
pleaded guilty to the lesser or in-

possession. |
- The fine stemmed from an inci-

dent that happened in October
"1992 in West Vancouver.
