BESSEY - Sarah Laird. Taken fiom us
suddenly and tragically on December 2,
1992 at the age of 14 years. Sadly
missed by her loving family, including
her mother Linda; sister Victoria; Gran
(Joan Bitmingham), Grampa (Bill Birm-
ingham); father Alan, Rena; cousins
Tracy, Kristina, Jason, Jamie, Debbie,
Robin, Jennifer, Robbie, Matthew,
Michael; aunts and uncles, Laird and
Kathy Birmingham, Bran and Pat Birm-
ingham, Nancy and Dan Hanson; grand-
parents Shitley and Alfred George Bessey
and other relatives and friends. Sarah
was born in Vancourer on September 5,
1978 and was a member of St.
Stephen's Church Youth Group. She at-
tended Ridgeview Elementary School
and then Hillside Micdie School in West
Vancouver. Her smite, her warmth and
her beauty were cherished by all who
knew her. Many thanks to the dedicated
Staff of St. Paul's Hospital and most
particularly nurses Al and Carot of the
Intensive Care Unit. Donations may be
made in Sarah's name to the North
Shoie Family Services. Flowers may also
be sent to 13€9 20th Street, West Van-
couver. A memorial service to which
schoolmates and children are atso wel-
come 1s to be held at 3 p.m. Monday.
