peared in North and West Van-
couver courts recently to face
various charges:

Before Judge S. E. Gireday in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Aug. 12:

Leslie Wilson, 34, of North
Vancouver, was fined $300 and
placed on probation for one year
after she pleaded guilty to assault
in connection with an Aug. 5 in-
cident in North Vancouver.

Guiseppe Devis Zepedeo, 21, of
North Vancouver, was fined $250
after he pleaded guilty to posses-
sion of cocaine on April 25 in
North Vancouver.

Before Judge Jerome Paradis in

West Vancouver provincial court
on July 3

Dimitrious Bekiaris, 22, of
Vancouver, was fined $100 after
he pleaded guilty to driving
without a driver’s licence in West
Vancouver on Sept. 5. 1991.

Before Judge Jerome Puradis in
West Vincouver provincial court
on Suly 29:

Shirin Razai, 30, of Burnaby

was fined $230 after she pleade
guilty to theft of merchandise
from Addition-Elie in West Van-
couver on April 2.
Gary Wayne Hendrickson, 52, of
Garibaldi Highlands, w fined
$400 and had his driver's licence
suspended for two months for
careless driving on Sept. 5, 1991
in West Vancouver.
