The video will be presented at Time Out Sports in Lynn Valley Centre Fri., Aug. 15 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. and Sat., Aug. 16 from | to 6p.m. The video features a 30-minute low impact, no-bounce aerobic offered workout and eight minutes of helpful hints to make workouts safe, Sandler has conducted fitness classes for people she says are in “grand form’? for the past five years. She currently works for the Vancouver Recreation Centre. She said the locally produced video was shot at Northwest Communications in Vancouver and has original ‘upbeat’? music by Larry Volen. Besides Sandler and Volen the video features Nony James and Margaret Dyke. it was directed by fan Lade, and produced by Mark Best of Impact Productions.
