Three recreational and
competitive volleyball
leagues will be starting in
North Vancouver this fall.

There will be a mens and
womens competitive league
and a mixed recreational
league, in which three men
and three women must be on
the court at all times.

Each team must have a
minimum of eight players
and-a maximum of ten,
must supply their own team

registration fee of $100 to
cover the cost of referees
and administration.

Registration can be done
at the North Vancouver
Recreation Centre before
Wednesday, September 23.
A meeting will be held
Friday, September 25 at 7
p-m. at the Rec Centre to
hand out game -schedules
and rules. Each team should
be represented at this

meeting.

All games in the leagues
will be played at the Micky
McCougal gym on Sunday
mornings and afternoons
beginning October 4, with
playoffs December 13.

Games will be the best two
out of three, with playoffs
being the best three out of
five.

Trophies will be awarded .

to the winning team in each

division at the end of the

season.

girls field hockey team.
