NORTH VAN RCMP
Spousal & Other Assaults
September 1

1. 100-bik East 6th
Domestic dispute. Man
and woman fighting over
holding a baby. No physical
assault had raken place. The
two were given information
on assistance groups. One of
them left the residence. No
arrest made.
September 2
2. 2600-blk Lonsdale
RCMP officers called to a
_ tesidence for possible domes-
tic dispute. Woman heard
screaming from a suite in
building. At scene both male
and female arrested for
assaulting each other.
3. 1500-blk East Keith
Police investigate a spousal
assault, man assaulted by ex-
wife outside residence. She
reached into the truck cab and
scratched his face.
Investigation showed he was
there legally. A disagreement
over money had taken
10place.
4. 200 blk East 12th
RCMP attend a residence
for a domestic dispute. A male
had assaulted his _ live-in
spouse. Some visible injuries
were photographed by police.
Male, 37, arrested and
detained for court, charges of
assault pending.

5. 400-bik West Esplanade
People called in because of
a loud domestic dispute.
Police determine a father and
his sons were having a loud
argument, no physical vio-
lence. No arrests made.
September 26
6. 1300-bik Ross Rd
RCMP officers called to

AN 83-year-old resi-
dent of Beacon Hill
Lodge in West
Vancouver went miss-
ing for 13 hours on
Wednesday.

‘Mary Love went for a walk
near the Clyde Avenue long-
term care facility at 5:30 p.m.
and did not return, according
to West Vancouver Police Sgt.
Jim Almas.

Love was fourd by an off-
duty Vancouver City Police
officer at 6:30 a.m. the next
morning near the Coliseum

--in East Vancouver.

Almas said Love apparent-
ly walked from West
Vancouver to Vancouver.

Rescué Team search manager
Allan Billy, 21 resctte team

Woman attended RCMP

was suffering pain because of

pital. A 34-year-old male
arrested for assault.

RCMP attended a domes-
tic dispute in progress. Male,
30, arrested for assault. He
had slapped his girlfriend
across the face during an argu-
ment. Both parties were very
