NEWS Bred MORE THAN 113 teams and over $00 individuals participated in last Sunday's Lions Gate Hospital 9-1-1 Relay race at Ambleside Park. The fundraiser netted $80,000 for the'hospital's emergency department. Winning first place for most laps in the competitive division of the relay race were the West Vancouver Firefighters. Overail top fundraising honors went to the Bedpan Babes of LGH. The Maritime Runners, of the B.C. Maritime Employe +’ Assoc- iation, were awarded top corporate tundraising tearn. Dave Tyler won the Baja Mexico grand prize draw, com- pliments of Cruise Holidays; top indi- vidual fundraiser Reinhard Bartel won an Air Canada airline ticket.
