A LONG-TIME real estate
professional in West Van-
conver, J. Bernard Charpen-
tier of Mitten Realty Ltd.,
was installed president of the
335-member West Van-
couver division of the Real
Estate Board of Greater
Vancouver ut the Board's
annual meeding on Wednes-
day, Feb. 25, at the Hotel
Vancouver.

Charpentier was licensed
in the real estate industry in
1964 and first served as a
director of the division from
1967 through 1974, at which
time he was division presi-
dent. He is a graduate of the
Urban Land Economics
program at UBC and is a
member of the Real Estate
Institute of B.C. and the

City Realty Ltd. was instail-
ed as president of the 554-
member North Vancouver
division of the Real Estate
Board of Greater Van-
couver.

The board’s 68th annual
meeting was held on Febru-
ary 25 at Hotel Vancouver.

Vancouver division, Sidhu
will also represent his area
