48 Years of Service.. =

Jake Ingram Retires

Jake Ingram, manager of the Safeway Store in West Vancouver has been
“empioyed by Canada Safeway for the past 48 years. Jake started Oct. 5th, 1934
and became manager of his first store in 1945. Jake managed several Safeway
Stores in the Lower Mainland and on March 18, 1973 became manager of the
West Vancouver Safeway Store. We at Safeway wish Jake and his wife Wendy
the best in the future and we welcome ail his friendly customers to come and
have some cake and coffee and say good-bye to Jake.
