seminars on this topic.

Denisa Kalinka, a North
Shore resident, bas been
giving workshops at the
Awareness Centre for
several years now on what is
called Mind Power
Dynamics, meditation, and
other” related = subjects
designed to help the student
understand himself better,
learn self discipline, and
ways of dealing affectively
with the problems = and
opportunities in life.

Kalinka, who holds a
doctorate in Metaphysical
Science, teaches in the Mind
Power Dynamics course a
Spiritual attitude towards
life. She teaches a positive,
constructive set of rules
which will enable a person to
remain calm under stress,
understand what is hap-
pening within himself, and
take action which will result
in a beneficial situation for
