The Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD) and its member municipalities operate one
of the largest liquid waste management systems in Canada,

Over the next two years, the GVRD will develop a liquid waste management plan with input

from the public.

The plan will be used to guide investments in new and existing facilities, programs and
services.
The GVRD is accepting applications from groups and individuals interested in partici-
pating in a Public Advisory Committee, who will provide input into the liquid waste man-
agement plan. Membership 1s voluntary with nc remuneration. Participants will be asked to
attend six to ten daytime meetings per year over the next two years to provide advice to the

GVRD.
The membership of the Public Advisory Committee will generally reflect Gut not be limited to
