BYLAWS ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
following bylaws will be finally adopted by
the City Council at their meeting to be held

on December 14, 1992:

1. “Sewer Rate Bylaw No. 1, 1963,
Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 6354”

2. “Sewer Parcel Tax Bylaw, 1976, No.
Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 6355"

3. “Waterworks Bylaw, 1988, No. 5891,
Amendment Bylaw, !992, No. 6356”

The above bylaws, upon adoption

and effective on January 1, 1993, wili
increase the rate charged to users of the
City’s Sanitary Sewer for Bylaws No. 6354”
and No. 6355, and to users of the City’s
Water Supply System for Bylaw No. 6356.
The increases will amount to approximately
10% for each of the three bylaws.

The increase is to offset cperating and
maintenance costs and to pay charges levied
by the Greater Vancouver Sewerage

Drainage District.

Copies of the above named bylaws and
schedule attached thereto will be available
for public inspection in the office of the
City Clerk between the hours of 8:30 a.m.
and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday,
with the exception of Statutory Holidays.
