DIANA - Violet (nee Waghorn) aged 72
years, of North Vancouver, passed away
peacelully February 1, 1993 at Lions
Gate Hespital after a very brave battle
with canctr. Survived by her loving fam-
ily, husband Joe; son Barry: son Jim;
granddaughter Stephanie; daughter-in-
law Louise; brothers Jack Waghorn, Ray
Waghorn, Terry Waghorn; sisters Win
McKinlay, May Wardroper, Olive Graves,
Doris Leclerc, June Knight, Myrt
McGraw. Vi loved North Vancouver,
especially Capilano where she grew up.
She loved her house of 43 years on 13th
Street, her family and friends. She had
a vibrant personality and a wonderful
sense of humour. Vi and Joe celebrated
their 50th wedding anniversary an June
19, 1992 and were still very much in
love. Our wife, mother grandmother,
sister and friend will be remembered by
us all forever. She was a very special
woman. Memorial to be held February 5
at 11:00 am. at. Capilano United
