the recent uncovering of coffin bones believed
to be those of notorious Nazi criminal Josef
Mengele, the subject is again in the news. To-

face new business
licence regulations

bylaw regulations for escort
services requested the name,
age, address, description and
photo of all employees, a

notice of any change in per--

sonnel and the name and
address of clients requesting
the service.

Along with the licence fee
increase, 1985 amendments
state that the operator of an
escort service is required to
submit an outline of how the
business will be operated

New operators are re-
quired to post a cash bond
of $1,000 which is refunded
after the business has
operated for six months.

A written record of clients

The bylaw also stipulates
that no operator or
employee can be under the
age of 19.

comment.
