registered home ownership
savings plan ‘‘top-up
deducnion for the acquisition
of a new home.

If you already have a
registered home ownership
savings plan (RHOSP) the
deduction is $10,000 minus
total contributions made to
your plan in previous years.
For example, if you con-
tributed $3,000 before 1984
and you acquire a new home,
