The theme, wheels, is expressed through a variety of different media At the recent annual general meeting of the North Vancouver City Library Board, ‘ Mrs. Dianne Dashwood-Jones was elected Chairlady, Mrs. Elaine Stenson Vice Chairlady, Mr. R.J. Norton Treasurer, Mrs. Elaine Ward GVLF representative with Mr. Allan Blair the alternative representative. Mrs. Ward was previously on the board for an eight year term. Alderman S.J. Dean is now the North Vancouver City Council representative. Other board members are the newly appointed Mrs. Kay Hedley, and Mrs. Carol McQuarrie,. and = Mrs. Barbara Perrault.
