By OLGA RUSKIN On Monday, March 13 and Tuesday, Merch 14 from 10:30 a.m. to noon Hillside Middle School invites the public to come and see regular classes in opera- tion. Hillside is the Lower Mainland’s only middle school. Vice-principal Ron Knight explains that while there are many middie schools in the U.S., there are only 16 in B.C., of which Hillside is one. This also is the first year that Hillside has been operating as a middle school for Grades 7, 8 and 9. On March 15 from 7 to 9 p.m. there is an open house, and stu- dents will be involved in a number of activities.
