burner, Follow faithfully the in-
structions provided. General rules
to keep in mind are these:

* Use the barbecue only out.

barbecue before lighting the

gas is flowing to and through that
burner. Have the flame or lighter
ready before allowing the propane
gas to flow, and administer the
flame or spark immediately on
turning on the valve and burner.

within five seconds of turning on
the gas, turn the burner and the

eviinder salve off trnniediately.
Leave the barbecue opened for five
minutes before trying again. If a
second atrempt to light it does not
succeed, install a fresh propane
evlinder before trying again,

Used with care, a propane
barbecue will give you many years
of enjoyment.

When transporting 2 propane
eslinder, keep it upright and
secure, and ventilate the space you
carry it in, (f you have to carry a
propane cylinder in’ your trunk,
secure the trunk lid open with a
Jatchit. That way any propane
vapors which might escape have a
chance simply to disperse into the
air.

Always follow the manufac-
turer’s instructions.
