Last week's games saw West Vancouver climb to second place in the stan- dings, leaving Sentinel to fight it out with Carson Graham for fhird place ehonors. Argyle retains its hold on first, and the up coming game with last place Howe Sound should, barring a miracle, complete the Pipers’ undefeated season. Game results for Feb. 15 to 19 are: Sutherland 83, Windsor 43; West Van- couver 85, Carson Graham 55: Handsworth 79, Sutherland 59; Carson 75, Hillside 59; West Van 89, Sentinel 82: and West Van 80, Handsworth 58. Sutherland's win over Windsor helped the Sabre’s climb out of eighth place into a fifth place tie with Hillside, leaving the hapless Dukes in sixth spot. The basement will be settled for once and for all when the Sabres meet Hillside today at 7:30 p.m. at Sutherland. Regardless of the stan- dings, Sutherland, Sentinel and Howe Sound will ad- vance to the “A” Zone Tournament to meet Pemberton, Elphinstone and Ts’Zil at Howe Sound this Friday and Saturday. The Top places sewn up winner will then go to the B.C. “A” Championship. The Pipers will be playing the “AA” Zone Tournament at Argyle, starting March 1, and it looks like West Van, Carson and either Hand- sworth or Hillside will be joining them. The winner of that tournament advances to the B.C. championship. STANDINGS AS OF FEBRUARY 22 wis Argyle 7 0 West Van 7 1 Sentinel 5 3 C.
