# welcome Dr. Anne Irwin to our practice. Dr.
* Invin graduated in 1992 from the Western
¢ College of Veterinary Medicine in
Saskatoon. She then completed a one vear
internship in Small Animal Medicine and
Surgery at the University of: Minnesota. In
1993 Dr. Irwin returned to Vancouver and
: took a position at the Vancouver. Animai
~ &§ : ‘ “Sxl Emergency Clinic. She practiced emergency
medicine until the spring of 1996 at which time she decided to return to general practice.
- Since then she worked at the Amherst Veterinary Hospital for approximately two years and
then as a locum veterinarian at a number of different hospitals around the lower mainland.
~ We were pleased to have Dr. Invin join our staff full-time on November 1, 1999.

| Dr. Irwin is offering a free pet first-aid course on Saturday, January 8th at 2pm to give clients
an opportunity to meet her. Please call the clinic at 988-2177 if you wish to attend as space
wiil be limited. If you are unabie to attend the first-aid course bur would like to meet Dr. Irwin,
please call the clinic or drop by during office hours.
