in North Vancouver provincial
court on March 16:

Michael Luddington, 19, of
Vancouver, was fined $100 after he
pleaded guilty to breaching proba-
tion by failing lo pay $69.86 resti-
lution by Aug. 1, 1993, in North
Vancouver City.

Before Judge Bill Rodgers in
North Vancouver provincial
court oa April S:

Chris Allen Bob, 19, of
Lantzville, was fined $150 and
received eight months” probation
after he pleaded guilly to commit-
ling mischief by damaging a car
belonging to a person on March 6,
1993, in North Vancouver District.

Bob was required to pay $50
restitution.

Before Judge Carl Walker in
West Vancouver provincial court
on March 22:

Daniel Mark McDermid, 35, of
West Vancouver, was fined $1.000
after he pleaded guilty to possess-
ing abalone shellfish on Dec. 29,
1993, in contravention of the feder-
al Fisheries Act.

McDermid was required to pay a
$150 victim surcharge.

Scott William Sherstan, 28, of
Vancouver, was fined a total of
$1,250 after he pleaded guilty to
the following charges relating to
West Vancouver incidents on
March 18, 1993: : :
fi dangerous driving on Marine °
Drive;
Hi failing to stop for a police officer
on Bellevue Avenue;
Mi excessive speeding on Marine

: Drive.
