To amend the text of the zoning bylaw insofar as it

The proposed bylaw will replace the current defini-
tion of “Accessory Service Station Use” to make pro-
vision for retail sale of convenience household or per-
sonal goods or things, bul excludes new or used car
sales or rental, amusement arcades and the saie of
alcoholic beverages, and permits such use for a
maximum of 800 square feet of the building. The
amending bylaw also makes prevision for additional
