FAMILY LAW —
CONTRACT LEGAL SERVICES

Applications are invited from lawyers practicing family law to
provide legal services to the Crown in the community of

North Vancouver

for a fixed monthly fee in ceses in Provincial Court under the
Family and Child Service Act, Young Offenders Act anc for
the Family Relations Act, inclucing work in connection with
the “Family Maintenance Program’’ of the Ministry of Social Ser-
vices and Housing. Services are required for the period April
1, 1990 to March 31, 1991.

Services required: (Emergency services and weekend service

included):

— Representation for the Superintendent under the Family
and Chiid Service Act

— Represeniation of wards of the Superintendent under the

Young Offenders Act
— Family Relations Act (REMO and Restraining Orders)

—- Legal Service for the Ministry of Social Services and
Housing in connection with the Family Maintenance Pro-
gram, pursuant to GAIN Act.

Applications are to mahe reference to the court location. type
of service and the desired monthly fee for service under each
Act. Applicants may apply in respect to one or more of the ser-
vice categories.
