Van-Garibaldi Reform CAROLINE Meredith was recently elected president of the West Vancouver-Garibaldi Reform Party of B.C. Constituency Association. She was chosen by the party's directors on Nov, 7. Meredith ran for the B.C Reform Party in the North Vancouver-Seymour riding in the provincial election this year, She was defeated by incumbent Liberal MLA Daniel Jarvis. Meredith said that she plans to carry on in her support of the B. C. Reform Party policies concerning direct democracy and fiscal respon- sibility. Richard Morris Bell-Irving, was a RCNVR Lieutenant Engineer when he died dead people honored in this year’s Remembrance Day list.
