Godfrey in North Vancouver provincial court on Aug. 15: Barry Carl Andre Chesbro was fined $250 after the 23-year-old North Vancouver man _ pleaded guilty to failing to remain at the scene of a Nov. 23, 1990 accident at Bridgeman Avenue. Before Judge D.E. Moss in North Vancouver provincial court on Aug. 15: Joseph Pierre Anglos reccived a conditional discharge and was placed on probation for one year after the 38-year-old Noith Van- couver man pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman on March 25. Before Judge D.E. Moss in North Vancouver provincial court on Aug. 14: Cary Robert Vickers received a suspended sentence and was plac- ed on probation for six months after the 19-year-old North Van- couver man pleaded guilty to theft under $1,000 of money, a camera and a watch on Oct. 26, 1990. Vickers was also ordered to complete 25 hours of community service. Before Judge J. Godfrey in North Vancouver provincial court on Aug. 14: Dennis Arthur Lee was fined $650 and placed on probation for six months after the 41-year-old North Vancouver man _ pleaded guilty to assaulting a man on Dec. , 1990, Before Judge D.E. Moss in Nerth Vancouver provincial court on Aug. 13: David Mark Brouse received a conditiona! discharge and was placed on probation for one year after the 18-year-old Vancouver man pleaded guilty to theft of cologne from Sears on March 2. Brouse was ordered to complete 75 hours of community work ser- vice. e ee Ravinder Sign Gosal received a conditional discharge and was KEEP YOUR placed on probation for nine months after the 19-year-old Van- couver man pleaded guilty to us- ing a stolen Visa card on Dec. 28, 1990 at Holidays Night Club. eee Linda Petrie was fined $250 after the 43-year-old North Van- couver woman pleaded guilty to using false pretences to obtain a gift certificate from Eaton's on July 12, 1990. eos Wai Sun Shum received a suspended sentence and was plac- ed on probation for 18 munths after the 37-year-old Vancouver man pleaded guilty to stealing a leather jacket from Woodward’s on Jan. 6. According to the Jan 25 court order, Namtalashvila was to have no contact with various people. eee Before Judge A.J. Scow in West Vancouver provincial court on Aug. 6: Scott Andrew Stephenson was fined a total of $1,000 after the 29-year-old West Vancouver man pieaded guilty to driving without a driver’s licence on March 12 and May 2 and to failiag to report to his probation officer on July 12.
