on the scene in 1981 and still going
strong.

The proposal by Ramrod show-
ed great consideration to the natu-
ral beauty of Deep Cove and its
people. Not only would this pro-
posal have added beauty to the en-
vironment and shorcline but it
would have been a public area for
all.

The suggestion by Save Our
Shores that we needed another
park in this area is not only an
overstatement but would eventual-
ly make it too costly to live here.
Having lived all my life on the
North Shore [ would like to stay.

I can only think that this has
become a political issue by a hand-
ful of people who have other
reasons (not necessarily for the
good of the Cove) for opposing the
project.
