By MAUREEN CURT Contributing Writer Following recommendations of the Hollyburn Ridge Golf Course Advisory Committee, West Van- couver District Council chose Golf West, a company established by Cypress Bowl! Recreations Ltd., over the competing Hollyburn Ridge Golf Course Holdings Ltd., which was set up by Ancore Inter- national Ltd.
