Otters frolic to victory

WEST VAN Otters’ Cori Creed
captured three first place finishes
at the B.C. Provincial Age Group
Championships held March 15 and
16 in Victoria.

Swimming in the girls 11 and $2
age group, Creed won the 50-metre
freestyle, the 100-metre freestyle,
and the 200-metre freestyle.

Creed added three silver medals
to her collection by placing second
in the 400 and 800-metre freestyle
and the 200-metre backstroke
events.

She also placed fifth in the
100-metre backstroke and = the
200-metre butterfly.

Other successful Otters placing
in the finals:

10 & Under Boys: Bret Creed second in
400-1rees third in FOQ) tree and 4000 IM:
