In December, a B.C. Supreme Court jury found the former North Van man not guilty in] Mohammed Mirhadi’s first-degree murder. Mirhadi was gunned down in 1997, in the Famous Players movie complex on Esplanade. Moroury’s friend Michae) Caster was convicted last year for being the gunman and is serving a life sentence. According to North Vancouver RCMP, Moroury, 21, retumed to B.C. from England on a visiting permit good for June 7 to June 14. Said Const.
