North Vancouver, was fined
$300 and had his driver's
licence suspended for three
months after he was found
guilty of having a blood alco-
hol level greater than .08.

Keith Jeffrey Leeson, 36,
of Bowen Island, was jailed

Mountain

EIGHTEEN members of
ihe North Shore
Team were called to
Grouse Mountain to
search for a 28-year-old
woman on June 4

Jan Crofton of Abbotsford
was reported overdue on an
evening hiking trip, up the
Grouse Grind Trail,

The experienced hiker
was separated from her hik-
ing companion UTV news
personality Suzette Meyer.

Crofton was found in a

creek basin off the trail. She -

was treated for scrapes and
bruises she sustained from 4
fall and was helped aff the
mountain.
